Our support team is based in Tunisia and helps with the mobile app (clock-in, schedule, leave) and with the employer dashboard (attendance, sites, payroll exports).

Email contact

Email is our primary support channel. Write to support@hrplanner.tn. We reply within 24 business hours (Monday to Friday, excluding Tunisian public holidays).

To help us answer quickly, please share:

  • Your name and the company name.
  • The role you use (employee, manager, HR).
  • The device type and operating system version (iOS or Android).
  • A clear description of the issue, the approximate time, and a screenshot if available.

Incident reporting

To report an outage or unexpected behaviour, add "INCIDENT" in the email subject so we treat it as a priority.
